• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and provide you with a new tracking number.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges.
• Cachee Cave will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Refund Policy

If you wish to change your order after payment, we can hold your order for up to 15 days or help you switch to a different style. Simply contact us by email with your request.

Refund requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order. After this period, refunds cannot be processed because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

If your refund request is approved on the same day the order is placed, the payment will be returned through the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are crafted according to your requested design and measurements. Because these items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

While defects are extremely rare, if you receive a custom item that is defective or in the wrong size, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
