At Cachee Cave, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or in the wrong size, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and aim to resolve the issue within 15 days.
Return & Exchange Process
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for genuine and valid reasons.
- Contact us at info@cacheecave.com with your order details and the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
- Please do not return any item without our approval.
- If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and provide you with a new tracking number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges.
- Cachee Cave will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Refund Policy
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and delays. If you are unsure about your size, our team is happy to assist you via email or WhatsApp before you complete your purchase.
If you wish to change your order after payment, we can hold your order for up to 15 days or help you switch to a different style. Simply contact us by email with your request.
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order. After this period, refunds cannot be processed because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
If your refund request is approved on the same day the order is placed, the payment will be returned through the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products are crafted according to your requested design and measurements. Because these items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Every leather item is handcrafted using premium materials and skilled craftsmanship. While defects are extremely rare, if you receive a custom item that is defective or in the wrong size, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Shipping Policy

Please note the following:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- The shipping carrier may contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.
- Delays or failed deliveries caused by unpaid customs charges, customs clearance issues, or recipient inaction are not valid grounds for a refund.
Leather Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and appearance of your leather product:
- Use a leather care or leather protection product designed for genuine leather.
- Do not spray leather care products directly onto the vest, especially suede leather.
- Apply the product gently using a microfiber cloth or soft foam applicator.
- Do not machine wash your leather item. Professional dry cleaning or appropriate leather wax treatment is recommended.
- Store your leather product in a clean, dry, and moisture-free place.
Leather is a natural material and requires regular care. Cachee Cave is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow these care instructions.
